Prior to launching PGS, Fred had been employed as Senior Director, Drug Development, and Strategic Development Leader, endocrine/metabolism at Johnson & Johnson PRD LLC. Prior to joining J&J, Fred held positions of increasing responsibility at Eli Lilly & Company in clinical and strategic development roles.
